About me

Vera

My embodiment path, spirit and experience started in 2012 and has led me from philosophy to yoga & breathwork, to meditation, thai-bodywork, contemporary dance – and finally to a combination of it all.

My workshops, classes and trainings are always embodiment-centered, experimental, I love the “in-between” and to create a sense of intimacy and magic in spaces.

I teach and create with sense, sensuality, spirituality and the body as the leading instance.

My style is also influenced by contact-improvisation, acrobatics, butoh and acting.

In hard facts...

I have taught more than 3000 yoga classes and workshops in the last 10 years. Currently, I teach in companies, 1-1 and I design Yoga and Meditation education programs for Wiener Yogaschule and ONE Yoga in Vienna – and you can join online classes with me at ONEYogaPlus.

I offer Thai Bodywork (also called NUAD or Thai Massage) since 2014 and it is – giving and receiving – one of the most beautiful gifts one can experience.

In 2019/20 I discovered the immense value of 1-1 private trainings – being on the student side 😉 Today I can tell you from my very own experience: You can start your journey of self-development and discovery with some open workshops. But there comes a time where you need personal, individual guidance from someone who is some steps ahead in the direction of where you want to go. I am happy to guide you on your way, especially on the more energetic realms of yoga and tantra (breath work, chakras, etc.)
